I live in Tennessee but my son is a student at Liberty University. His 4runner developed a leak in the suspension system. I looked for a shop close to campus and decided to give WrenchTree a try. My son used the dropbox to leave the keys after hours and the next morning I received a text that the car had been put into their system. Soon I received a very detailed quote on the job and after accepting it the car was fixed that same day. Very friendly and professional with GREAT communication. They are a great resource for all parents/students at Liberty University that need auto repair.

Shortly after checking in, I received a text with a link showing all of the details of the service I went in for, pictures of the outside of my car while in the bay, and suggestions if applicable. 2nd review 🙂 I have been using Wrenchtree since they opened, I have a old car and they always keep me running, very reliable, they keep you updated on the status of what they are doing or if they have to order parts. They never seemed annoyed when you ask questions, I have not had one issue they haven’t been able to tackle yet. Pressure free,Josh and Mark have done a great job with this Auto repair Shop and their staff.I appreciate all your hard work WT.

I wish Wrenchtree Automotive was here in Georgia. My wife and I were on a long road trip and I noticed something was not right going on in the left front side of our car. We were staying the night in Lynchburg, Virginia. I found Wrenchtree and took our car to them and they repaired it. We are very satisfied. I highly recommend Wrenchtree. Dropped by on a Monday for a state inspection and they were busy. They gave me an option of dropping the car off or making an appointment. I chose to make an appointment a little later in the week. I arrived at my appointment time and they got the inspection done in about 30 minutes. I greatly appreciate the prompt service. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future.

I went in to get a diagnostic test done. They did a thorough job and explained everything to me so that I understood what was wrong. I would say the price they quoted to fix everything was reasonable. While there, Josh, had an interaction with a couple of customers who were being a bit unreasonable and he handled them very politely and professionally. I told him so once they left. I would recommend them to others.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The people here were so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a problem car and have been nervous every time I drive about what’s gonna go wrong this time?? After my visit there I drove around and actually had confidence in the work they did. 10 out of 10 recommend this place for all your cars needs. A deer jumped out in front of me on the way to Lynchburg. My turn signals stopped working after the impact, and I took my car to WrenchTree Auto to get checked out. Josh and Rick were so kind to take a look at my car promptly. Rick was informative, very kind to not even charge for the temp patch he did so my turn signals would work until I could get back to my home state to get perm fix. My experience was fantastic. We had WrenchTree do our 105k Honda servicing (timing belt & tensioner, water pump) and also serpentine belt and motor mount. They did a good job at a reasonable price (25-30% less than dealer).

Came in to have a tire leak checked. Two other places could not find the leak; however the tech at Wrenchtree went right to work - no waiting! Found the leak, repaired it and mounted my tire in just under an hour. They were personable, professional and the cost was very reasonable. Great place.

My son’s car needed a new oil pan, and we had a great experience with Wrench Tree. They got the part in within a day of booking the appointment and originally estimated the repair would take 1–2 days. Even though the job wasn’t finished by their 5 PM closing time on day two, the staff stayed until 6:30 PM to complete the repair. On a Friday no less! That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days. Joshua kept us updated throughout the process and provided excellent communication the entire time. We truly appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend Wrench Tree!
