To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer.
To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.

Really glad that I was able to get the great folks at Wrenchtree Automotive to repair my old truck very quickly. I was a bit worried that my truck would leave me by the side of the road if it was not repaired in a timely manner and get me rolling so I could meet the demands that I am facing. I live in Tennessee but my son is a student at Liberty University. His 4runner developed a leak in the suspension system. I looked for a shop close to campus and decided to give WrenchTree a try. My son used the dropbox to leave the keys after hours and the next morning I received a text that the car had been put into their system. Soon I received a very detailed quote on the job and after accepting it the car was fixed that same day. Very friendly and professional with GREAT communication. They are a great resource for all parents/students at Liberty University that need auto repair.
