What the Strong Roots™ Warranty Covers
All qualifying repairs are covered by our Strong Roots™ Warranty, a limited repair warranty extended by WrenchTree Automotive™ and administered nationwide by Automotive Business Solutions, Inc. (ABS) under the Federated Auto Parts Nationwide Repair Warranty Program.

This warranty is designed to protect you long after you leave our shop—so you can drive with confidence wherever the road takes you.
Covered Repairs & Systems
Covered repairs include parts and labor for the following systems and services when originally performed by WrenchTree Automotive™:
- Air conditioning, heating, and climate control systems
- Brake systems
- Clutches (component or assembly repair and replacement)
- Electrical systems
- Emission control systems
- Engine cooling systems
- Electronic engine management and on-board computer systems
- Engine performance services
- Exhaust systems
- Fuel systems
- Ignition systems
- Starting and charging systems
- Steering and suspension systems
- Hybrid drive battery replacements installed after July 1, 2016
- Other minor automotive repairs
What Is Not Covered
- Any non-warranty service authorized at the same time as a warranty repair
- Damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accidents, vehicle alteration, or tampering by anyone other than WrenchTree Automotive™ or its employees
- Normal wear-and-tear items and routine maintenance services

No employee or agent of the repair facility has the authority to modify the terms of this warranty or make promises beyond those stated herein.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Whenever possible, please return your vehicle to WrenchTree Automotive™, the original servicing facility.
If you are unable to reasonably return to our location, contact the Federated Nationwide Warranty Administrator prior to having repairs performed. You will be directed to the nearest participating repair facility for evaluation and service authorization.

Federated Roadside Assistance
Complimentary Coverage for Added Peace of Mind
Qualifying repairs also include complimentary roadside assistance for 365 days from the invoice date, administered through the Federated program.

Roadside Assistance Reimbursement Claims
To file a roadside assistance reimbursement claim, the customer must submit the following within 30 days of service:
Required Documentation
- Copy of the original repair invoice (must include vehicle year, make, and model)
- Customer’s full contact information
- Paid invoice from the roadside service provider, including provider details
